In Room 2 we have been playing tag games. We have played Knee Tag, Bumpers-up Tag, Dragon Tails and Triangle Tag.

DANCE - OFF! WHOOP WHOOP! 

The Kapa Haka crew have been practicing hard, preparing for the Matariki festival and also the Catholic Schools Kapa Haka Festival. I can't wait to show you our set... 
we're going to be A - MA - AAAAZING!!! 

Future Ferns Netball is ROCKING!!! The team have been learning how to catch and pivot by stomping the bugs (poor bugs...lol!) 
Esmee, Sophie, Ava, Kewa and Marlee are having lots of fun on Saturday mornings.

In Room 2, we have been writing descriptions. We are using language that paints a picture in our readers' minds. Here are some examples of our amazing descriptive writing.

My Biscuit,

I loooove a nice jam biscuit.

It is delicious. It makes you want another one. It is shaped like a gear and it feels as hard as concrete. When you have a bite, it is crumbly.
